ello, been awhile since i blogged..bascially im lazy =X well tis few weeks nothing much happened, yea in sch learned afew pastry tings. fruit tart, pizza, sweet bun, making pastry paste, choux pastry, bread, sponge cake, muffin, cookies. time pass so fast the pastry lessons is going to end in 2 weeks time.. after finish cannot joke wif mr bernard already T_T haha~ tis few days im watching romance of the 3 kingdom wa very nice.. see how they recruit ppl.
today might be going down to visit chef karti coz he gone for an operation on the throat. maybe a tumour? hope he is alright =) hmm tats all? hehe god bless everyone!

hello jus came back from movie, hottie and the nottie. Not bad uh the movie, but the english abit too hard for me to understand wahaha. oh ya havent mention bout the genting trip on last sat sun and monday.. sat went to KL to stay 1 day, for shopping makan and play.. but was rather bored by it coz got children and family so cant really have alot of free time to go see and play around..2nd day early morning we go for breakfast.. i tink 8am ba, eat alr took taxi to genting! the journey was not long.. reach in like 1 hr time, at the bottom of the mountain taxi driver suddenly off the air con and said the engine will not have power if on air con.. so felt very hot haha but after midway wow the cold air was super nice..! like free air con~ when up unpack and go to the theme park and have fun! wahaha played roller coaster, and the like jump building that machine, enjoyed it lots~
after that when to a fast food restaurant to eat. and back to hotel and took a short nap.. before going for dinner, the place was 7 minutes from hotel by car.. the food was not bad but not the prawn balls yucks. when to walk ard after dinner.. shopping and watched midnite movie wif auntie and dad. slept at around 415am lol, last day jus when for breakfast and last min shopping.. bought a bag for beibei and ah mei each.. and back to singapore
took mc for monday coz didnt go to sch.. unpack and chef called to join them for drinking session coz albert's last day in cnf but i didnt attend it.. coz was tired and unpacking too.. tues go sch for english and learned fruit tart at pastry practical.. nthing much alr.. meet beibei for a short while at nite..
wed and thurs was basically work haha did some lame flambe and took pics =P but lazy to upload maybe next time.. friday early morning woke up and do misen place for golden fried rice =P for my beibei, did everyting by 11 45pm.. waited for her to come up and eat together =D well the rice was alright i liked it. they liked it too =D
afternoon met ah tat go karaoke.. sing our hearts out.. then back to the top tat wad i wrote. movie! =P ok la off to sleep alr.. nite nite!

111am now and i am still awake wahaha, packed up for genting trip alr.. hope the trip will be a nice 1, today work is quite quiet until 8pm all come in at once, so many to course to fire lol. but i like it! so fun wahhaa =P

btw i might be changing place for attachment.. found an italian restaurant at atrium singapore there.. fine dining restaurant ~ hope sch accept it to shatec list and finally can change place ! my current place really hopeless.. cant even sponser us wif chef uniform! wad the heck man -.- say oso paiseh.
very happy now.. finally gripping wad i been longing for! .. confidence =)
today learn how to do pie dough and crossaint dough from chef karti..
and it's really nice, consumme chicken pie as chefs special.. really great food.
oh ya sch have been fun.. learning pastry now hehe, so far onli learn gluten and scone.. well kind of sissie to learn pastry lol~ dunno y. but i wanna be all rounder chef =P so must learn every single ting! wahaha alright jus blog til here .. =) bb
