come to the exciting part is we stand outside ppl vote for the dish but cannot choose our own 1 lah lol~ quite afew of my classmate chose mine X) sooo happy can! =D then come to chefs marking he comment on all the plates mine is too much veggi look too grassy feel already. but overall all of us did alright except those burnt 1 dun say la haha. was quite happy wif my work for today =) will continue to work harder ^^ lemon zest deep fried fish :X

todays fun X) start off wif some safety rules and how to avoid cuts while using knifes. after tat we the chef demoed chicken, vegetable and brown stock. X) and oso black pepper sauce~ but i cant remember the steps of black pepper sauce ARGGH~ then we gone to the kopi tiam to eat omg the you tiao is sooo sweet the sugar is not even dissolved! no standard at all -.- like beating pure coarse sugar diao~ -.-
after lunch is our practical lesson X) oso my 1st time handling wif pots and pans X)) haha 1st i do the vegetable stock and was a sucess X) but the next 1 i did brown stock omg wrong liao shld have done chicken stock 1st de -.- but too kan jiong le coz 1 time controlling 3 stove and 4 pans -.- hand messy leg messy lol~
after finishing the stocks all was waiting for 45 mins for skimmering X)) and ! saute is soooooo fun la flip the food around haha~ sometime still will catch fire on the chicken X)) hen hao wan !! haha
so now left the few cuts i need to learn is macedoine, paysanne, chiffonade batonettes, brunoise, julienne, merapoix and bouquet garni my cut is kana sai really haha i need to redo -.-" macedoine, batonettes, brunoise and julienne is most hard le -.- need the size all this so ma fan lol~ and i was the last to finish my taskes ~ diao haha

after awhile finally my girl come out le! X)) suddenly i hear my name from the gb girls lol~ and then they start to sing wad song ai mei or wad? lol~ then folo bao bei out LoL~ we walk fast fast X)) then send bao bei to bus stop X) bao bei already so tired~ so ke lian X( must rest early ok! X) then nothing much le meet up wif weetat and my pa go yoshinoya eat dinner then come home take weight now blogging le X)

today X) omg morning pa drive me to sch X) traffic jam until crazy go in sch they already started 5 minutes of lesson le @_@ johnathon taught us how to fire up the stove and oven X) wooooow u cant imagine how hot and warm it is compared to the stoves at home X) the fire is dunno wad lai de super hot la haha. then after tat we have lessons on using chef knifes X) sooooo scary ok! anytime ur finger TOK* woooo blood sure ooze out de X_X i dunno how to cut the onions nicely X) some small some big de haha and almost cut my thumb coz i forget to "withdraw" it -.-" luckily i didnt use too much strenght to cut phew~
after cutting some carrots, celery and onions we learnt how to make sausages too X) using pig intestines and plastic pumps :P quite fun can make sausages of any lenght u wan haha. then sch ended at 11 plus omg like 2 hours of lesson onli haha shiok
waitied for my pa to go breakfast together. then reach home and wait for bao bei to release from sch X)
around 2 30 ba bao bei come out le X)) then they wanted to go print some photos on their france trip for projects X))then sooooo many to print la so choose liao go eat then go back and collect. then walked to busstop sixu? took 25 and go home 1st while me bao bei and thinzar waited for air con de 74 X)) all scared of warm haha :P
well thinzar still hungry so we go to downstair buy some tings to eat but in the end she onli bought a ice cream -.- DIAO~~ haha
then got 1 scary thing happened~ X) bao bei de mama de friend saw us X_X she kept looking at us i was like oO? lol then nvm go void deck sit sit awhile before they go home and prepare for jogging X)) soo they go home le then i go to hougang mall and walk walk, saw a motorola collague working at sports link lol~ then walk walk walk see some cooking books and then go down buy 1 piece of chicken and eat before going home X) was sooo tired leh ytd didnt slept well coz got another nightmare again -.- always de leh wa lao very sian night mare night mare -.- zzzzzzz

well well while bao bei is busy jia youing studying for tmls test i shall come here and blog someting about today :P today started sch on 10 15 am X) bao bei msged me in the morning X)) say i pig >< hehe, 8 30 ate breakfast wif ah pa X) murtabak hehehe then go sch loh~
well today learned quite alot of new bacteria tat will cause food poisoning and wad symptoms they will get when they got food poisoning X) learned some cow parts X) soooo many name to remember luhs~ will ki siao 1 ok! lolx and toked about quite alot of stuff X) 11 45 andrew gave us a 2 hour 15 minutes break! omg lol~ me, kelvin, patrick, wan ting and jeff go to jurong east mall play pool lol onli 3.90 -.- coz we played for awhile onli hehe. then rushed back to sch lol~ reached sch already like 2.05 lol almost late X) lesson carried out until 3 45 X) andrew goin to shanghai til sunday? haha bon voyage :)
next is principals of western cooking de theory X) so sian leh~ chef johnathon is so lousy on his theory he jus skipped alot of slides lol~ but quite good la he interacted wif us X) well we toked about knife too its like omg so dangerous lor while u cutting tings must be 120% focus arbo touch ur finger nia SIAK~ 1 piece of flesh surely come out its so sharp even a slippery tomato can be cutted into 2 without using much pressure X) scary aint it? lol interacted til like 505 pm X) was msging bao bei X) ehehe her friends say we look alike :) soooo happy ! hehe then waitied til like 5 48 like tat my pa come fetch me then go fetch min mei X) then now back at home resting le sooooo tired luhs~ so much tings to note down and sooo many tings to memories X) culinary skills is really a fun course but really must bear wif heat and scolding from chefs X) tats all

wooooot today 11 30 release le X) today in sch learn about quite alot of things X) about bacteria and food shld store at wad temperature all tis X) chef andrew showed us video about fermanted food X) like fermanting potatoes and then take the juice to make bread, and making grapes grow mould and then make to wine, cheese oso make them grow mould for 60 days until the grow matured then can sell X) sooo many knowledgeble tings X) oh well cooking about so many things X) its a hard and interesting course tat will give u lots of knowlegde and still keep learning until the day u drop X) and 1 more video is about meat production, EWWW~ so disgusting ok! u see how they slaughter the lamb X( so cruel~ but not worst then the guy who fry the fish alive from ytd news de~ well no choice at least they stunned the lamb before slaughtering it and they slaughter real quick. then todays lesson ended like tis lor X) coz our books still havent arrived hehe. well well got a little suprise for bao bei X) hope it will make her happy :P update again tonight ! bye guys X)

woo first day of sch today X) woke up at 6 30 am X) bath and get ready to go le then bao bei send me 1 jia you msg xD sooo happy to see it ~ bao bei xie xie ni ^^
on the way to bus stop saw thinzar lol~ then she sms me to congratz me LoL~ in mrt yee sheen oso msged me X) then after dat is my shuai pa, afternoon weetat msged me too and ah hao :) ^^ i feel so blessed to have all of u X) thanks for encouraging me! well very unexpected is all my classmates is quite old X) oldest is 55 years old classmate XD well made friends wif them already they were quite friendly ya! =D the chef is oso quite funny X) chef andrew hehe he soo you mo leh haha~ the self intro thing oso very funny haha~ i speak hokkien at there they all laugh X) chef andrew ask me y i liked cooking i replied: i see my ah gong qin cai cha(anyhow fry in hokkien LOL) then i see already quite intresting then decided to learn culinary skill XP.
and then 1 more thing to congrats me is~~~~~~ my time table is onli up to friday !! yea!~ shiok shiok ^^ in the afternoon we get to go into the kitchen and "tour" around lol~ i am getting excitied in this course X) but most scary is the knife le, last few day got 1 ppl was sharpening the knife and sliced off some of the meat from the finger X_X i listen liao oso worried lol~ must be 100% focus if not anytime finger oso fly out X_X
and the reciepe is super thick luhs! onli making stocks already took 1/5 of the whole book which is super thick~ !
well hope everyting goes well tis 2 years X) will jiayou de hehe. 4 30pm released from sch le wooooo long time no tis kind of feel X) its been 7 months already since i go to sch haha, after tat took mrt to amk wait for my pa to fetch me home X) super lei la the mrt sit until backside burst lol~ wellllll now at home blogging le lor X)shall blog again later if anyting on =P bb ~
