woah quite a long time didnt blog le, ok let's see.. tis week had normal sch lesson's about planning menu and doing egg dishes. benny was like the best lol even better then our trainer -.-
well valentine day didnt get to meet up wif beibei like other couples do.. cos of work~ but mornin met her for awhile was oso kind of contented alr =) nite time all the reservations came in at about 7 to 7 30.. turn over! full house for c&f lols~ lucky all ordered our set menu =) alot of them came to thank us for the good quailty food we produced for them =) was quite happy too.. we kitchen staff's enjoy after the whole ting ended too! we had lobster meat, north africa lamb pasties and cod fish =P good stuffs ya! haha
today friday beibei went for a operation to remove someting from her waist. everyting ended in about 30mins yeah.. was quite worried at 1st but after my work she msged me =) was kind of relieve in my heart =P
work til 4 plus today.. chef was left alone in the kitchen =P coz morning oso i die la haha. tats about it

tuesday having practical, done mystery basket for it.. jus whipped out a dish pan seared seabass wif butter thyme cream sauce.. taste quite alright loh but the presentation wise dun really like it.. added some turned carrot too =P for the visualisation yeah? =P after sch met up wif beibei.. stayed at my hse for awhile then i cook for her and my sis to eat. then go marsling pick up her bag tat she bought online, somemore dun dare to pick up the seller's phone =P after picking up the goods then send her home..
wednesday was like work til 1045 then run back home liao coz scared cant take my reunion dinner wif my family -.- ok lah quite alot of ppl came to eat, had alot of chit chatting wif them ..
today went to both ah gong house to visit, hehehe alot of good ting to eat and ANG BAO!! =P ok lah was quite fun, so many ppl today lor the whole hse like super cramp -.- after visit went home wif ah hao,xue ting and wei da.until 4 to 5 plus they go back then i take a nap at home.. woke up at ard 6? prepared and went to meet ah hao, today all dunno y nv came at nite so we decided to go pool wif onli me hao, xue ning and ah mei but before that we went to buy tic for cj7 .. play until 10 plus then go hub walk walk take neoprints lol! all act cute 1 hahaha.
