hi i'm back~, not dun wanna update is forget password lol.
so basically life's not bad.. really in love wif my job now hehe, ambition have became bigger too =X
lots of tings happened tis few weeks, was really tired @_@ but nvm day after tml will be touring time! to KL and genting hehe relax myself abit..
btw i might be changing place for attachment.. found an italian restaurant at atrium singapore there.. fine dining restaurant ~ hope sch accept it to shatec list and finally can change place ! my current place really hopeless.. cant even sponser us wif chef uniform! wad the heck man -.- say oso paiseh.
very happy now.. finally gripping wad i been longing for! .. confidence =)
today learn how to do pie dough and crossaint dough from chef karti..
and it's really nice, consumme chicken pie as chefs special.. really great food.
oh ya sch have been fun.. learning pastry now hehe, so far onli learn gluten and scone.. well kind of sissie to learn pastry lol~ dunno y. but i wanna be all rounder chef =P so must learn every single ting! wahaha alright jus blog til here .. =) bb
