today had a quick practical in sch, using red snapper as a main course. Used dill and chives for the marinade taste very good the smell jus blend so well wif the fish.
used white wine to reduce wif veges oso quite nice =) my cooking really improved alot from when i started lol~ clap for me? lol but my plating still sucks =\ gotta improve! jia you jia you!
finished all at 10 15 am -.- then clean all this ard 10 40 finised then reach home onli 11 30 -.- at blk downstair saw gordon lol asked him got see bao bei anot he say nope lol~ so went home bath and waited to meet up wif bao bei, but i tot she 12 pm finished but 12 30 she jus go eat lol~ so i at home zilian =X lol~ take alot of photos =X then go meet bao bei =D
we go amk hub to watch rattatuellie dunno how to spell lol, bought tickets 1st then go down to couple lab and buy our rings =D bao bei told me say rings got curse for couple tat makes me dun wan to buy the ring lol~ she said buy liao mostly will break up or wad de =( so i hear liao scared, dun wan to buy lol~ but bao bei convinced me to get it =D i believe we can break the curse =D and the rings represents our love =D
after tat we choose our rings and buy it but the sizes are abit big lol~ but bao bei like it alot so we decided to get it =) before getting our rings we go see movie 1st cos we got engrave so not so fast can take.
wa the cinema was super cold lol~ bao bei de hands all like ice like tat lucky i got bring my blazer arbo super become ice lol~
after watching we go down and get our rings =) woo was so beautiful ok~ =D the small diamond X) cute cute de haha. after tat bao bei accompany me for my early dinner coz jus now see rattatouille until hungry LoL.
after eating bus-ed 74 home wif bao bei was so many ppl lo -.- finally got ppl get up then we sit and took some pics for today =D so fast hor ? 2 months already =) we still have a long way to go together =D hope bao bei can bear wif me X) i love u <3
on the way home at 107 saw chin kai lol~ he shout my name so loud i kena scared -.- reached home planned to take a nap but den i see kitchen got those tings at there already so i go and make brown sauce for tonights PORK CHOP~ lol
at 1st see like not enough bones for the brown sauce but after adding corn starch it became so thick lol and the taste is jus nice sweet but the colour like not rite lol nvm next time improve. i marinade the pork 1st then stir fry some vegetables in oyster sauce =) taste oso not bad =D waited for my ah pa come back then cook all the pork chop lol~ overall point for today shld be 8/10 ba =D still need to improve~ next time cook nice nice for bao bei =P
