today was a damn lucky day for me to learn lots of new tings?
tis mr teow came to take over johnathon omg he is damn good tats all i can say DAMN GOOD. he teach everyting in detail and show us our faults all tis wa lao really if he my teacher i sure love him to death lol~
he taught us how to smoke salmon using pot. lol~ and the end product is damn nice. he was teaching so good but of coz some ppl dun like him for his long windedness lol. he every sentence must say "can u understand" "tis is magic understand?" LoL.
today everyting compacted together and finished the lesson early. afternoon we did plating again using salmon and squid so i did a salmon and sambal squid.
alamak i tink i finally got the idea of how to do a plating liao thanks to mr teow's explaination.
came home meet bao bei hoho she cut her hair until so short can~ lol~
but all i can say is really look not bad =) dun worry~ tml must wax nicely ok! =)
