school! T_T
tday had catering science make up class for 30minutes before break
break time gone to jurong central? to have our lunch wif steven. everyting was so fast =( it's already 7th week of our school and is ardy ending soon.
break finish le then we go back to kitchen for practical. got out the big crabs and chilli crab them. omg i see them kill was damn cruel lor. when cooking it the legs will like shiving and til til abit here anot there like muscle pull like tis. i tink we humans are damn sick lah~ but no choice oso everybody has to eat.
so we each was given some crab to makan. taste okok lah coz i dun really like crab. then got a half chicken so i used the thigh and wings for pan sealing wif rosemary, black pepper and salt. the breast and the bones for chicken stew wif mirepoix. omg the outcome is really not so bad =D juicy thigh and wings and sweet tasted chicken stew =P

after sch go home bath n meet wif bao bei ~ the sch inside like having some sort of competition ba? meet le bao bei we walk to 147 bus stop =D again 147 always come on time -.- i hate them lol~ bao bei very notti keep fooling me =P haha~ cannot say lol!
waitied for awhile bus come and bid farewell wif bao bei. gone back folo my pa deliver gas. omg was jus so near bao bei de hse LOL can meet her =P
wa now very tired lol~ go sleep liao tml meeting weetat and maybe have lunch wif baobei =) byebye ppls~
