today morning's rain is crazy my whole umbrella was crumped -.- so wad to do? lol wet chicken walk to sch -.- somemore late zzzzzz
today was all about cutting. butterfly prawn, debone a lamb rack. sole fish, red snapper and a piece of striploin omg those bloody de smell really buay tahan.
during demo i was called up to try fillet the sole fish. omg so gan jiong ok~ lol! my hands keep shaking -.- kena laugh onli sia haha~ anyways the fish is so flat tat made it so hard to slice.
and then when stripping the fats of the beef i kena called again -.- tis time no more gan jiong lol~
johnathon made us jiang chong beef =X taste quite nice. i tink is becoz of the stoves fire tat made it tasty.
after demo had our lunch at the same old place then go back for practical. same ting deboning session wa really used all my concentration on the meats and fishes -.- now damn shag. the guy today wan to quarrel wif sir again -.- made him angry almost let us do area cleaning. zzzz all grown up liao still shoot each other like kid -.-"
luckily nv kena area cleaning so gone home at 4 15 like tis walked to mrt wif benny and talked about the "2" annoying person in class -.-
after reaching mrt he go meet his gf liao so i go home myself. reached home msged bao bei, but i go bath -.- didnt saw the sms T_T missed the chance to meet bao bei =( but nvm =P tml going to see secret HOHOHO~
