todays fun X) start off wif some safety rules and how to avoid cuts while using knifes. after tat we the chef demoed chicken, vegetable and brown stock. X) and oso black pepper sauce~ but i cant remember the steps of black pepper sauce ARGGH~ then we gone to the kopi tiam to eat omg the you tiao is sooo sweet the sugar is not even dissolved! no standard at all -.- like beating pure coarse sugar diao~ -.-
after lunch is our practical lesson X) oso my 1st time handling wif pots and pans X)) haha 1st i do the vegetable stock and was a sucess X) but the next 1 i did brown stock omg wrong liao shld have done chicken stock 1st de -.- but too kan jiong le coz 1 time controlling 3 stove and 4 pans -.- hand messy leg messy lol~
after finishing the stocks all was waiting for 45 mins for skimmering X)) and ! saute is soooooo fun la flip the food around haha~ sometime still will catch fire on the chicken X)) hen hao wan !! haha
so now left the few cuts i need to learn is macedoine, paysanne, chiffonade batonettes, brunoise, julienne, merapoix and bouquet garni my cut is kana sai really haha i need to redo -.-" macedoine, batonettes, brunoise and julienne is most hard le -.- need the size all this so ma fan lol~ and i was the last to finish my taskes ~ diao haha
then early dismiss le -.-~ go home slack awhile and then go down fetch bao bei from sch X) i waited outside sch for like 30 mins? without noticing bao bei is jus infront of the office DIAO!! my bad X))
after awhile finally my girl come out le! X)) suddenly i hear my name from the gb girls lol~ and then they start to sing wad song ai mei or wad? lol~ then folo bao bei out LoL~ we walk fast fast X)) then send bao bei to bus stop X) bao bei already so tired~ so ke lian X( must rest early ok! X) then nothing much le meet up wif weetat and my pa go yoshinoya eat dinner then come home take weight now blogging le X)
